Liquid Particle Counter for Pharmaceuticals

The STERILBIO range of TOC Analysers can be used for on-line and off-line sampling of Pharmaceutical and Semiconductor grade waters, as well as raw water. They use UV Oxidation - Conductivity Detection method to determine the TOC levels. They are very easy to install and use, and the maintenance costs are very low. TOC Values, Water Conductivity and Water Temperature are simultaneously reported.

The Sterilbio Analytics Model SA-LPC07 Liquid Particle Counter uses the Light Obscuration Principle to count suspended particles in Water for Injection, Medical Device Cleaning, Precision Parts Cleaning and Semiconductor Waters. It meets USP, BP and CHP Requirements

Air Capture Hoods

The Sterilbio Analytics Air Capture Hoods are used to measure the air volume flowing through air outlets, diffusers and grilles. They are very easy to operate, and are very accurate and reliable. Up to 4608 sample results can be saved in their internal memory. Various Hood sizes can be ordered out separately to suit different applications. A carrying case is supplied with the equipment. They are light-weight, and easy to carry, and can easily be operated by one person. An optional battery operated printer can be attached

to it to print out the results.

The Sterilbio range of Hydraulic liquid particle counters use Light Blocking Technology to provide immediate particle concentration data for low and high viscosity fluids. A wide range of fluids can be sampled from many sources, such as, equipment, parts, and processes. These systems supports many industry standards, including ISO 4406, NAS 1638, GJB- 420B, GB/T14039, SAE4059E, ГОСТ 17216-71 etc.

DI Water Fogger

The Sterilbio Analytics DI Water Foggers use the principle of Ultrasonics to produce large amounts of 1-10 mu fog. The fog is released into the cleanroom through a standard hose pipe, or a fog curtain. This equipment is very useful in conducting Air Flow Pattern Studies in a cleanroom. Since the fog is produced from pure water,

it does not contaminate the cleanroom, or any machinery or equipment in the cleanroom. Production work can start

immediately after testing is complete.
