TOC Analysers

What We Offer

Model SA-555 TOC Analyser.jpg

Model SA-555

The STERILBIO Model SA-555 TOC Analyser is an on-line Analyser that uses Static UV Oxidation - Conductivity Detection method to determine the TOC levels in Ultrapure water in the Pharmaceutical & Semiconductor Industry. It does not require any reagents or carrier gases for analysis, and hence is very easy to install and use, and maintenance costs are very low. TOC Values, Water Conductivity and Water Temperature are simultaneously reported.

Model SA-700S

The STERILBIO Model SA-700S TOC Analyser is an off-line Analyser that uses flow-through UV Oxidation - Conductivity Detection method to determine the TOC levels in Ultrapure water in the Pharmaceutical & Semiconductor Industry. It does not require any reagents or carrier gases for analysis, and hence is very easy to install and use, and maintenance costs are very low. TOC Values, Water Conductivity and Water Temperature are simultaneously reported.

Model SA-R1000

The STERILBIO Model SA-R1000 TOC Analyser is an Off-line BenchTop analyser that uses UV Persulfate Oxidation-NDIR method to detect the concentration of total organic carbon in water. It can be used for testing Raw Water, and for performing Cleaning Validation. It has a TOC  detection range from 1.0 ppb to 100 ppm. TC, IC,

TOC and NPOC are all displayed on the 7" touch-screen. A highly reflective Gold-Plated chamber ensures superior performance NDIR. It has a built-in printer for immediate reporting. Typical Response time is 3-8 minutes. It is independent of the Conductivity of the water.
